... is a provincial tax rebate program targeted to relieving the costs of home heating, gasoline and other energy expenses. The program is administered by the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) on behalf of the province of Alberta. Approximately 2 million Albertans qualify to an AETR payment.
